I know it's Tuesday, but I have been busy damn it!! Here is what I spent most all of my weekend with -
- Canning, Freezing, More Canning, More Freezing!! Corn, Green Beans, Pickles, and Zucchini all done, for now, but .....
There's more of the crap growing in the garden, so I'm sure another weekend will be consumed by canning and freezing again!

How do you freeze your zucchini? I always shred mine for in bread or muffins or whatever but then I never use it.
I have just started using the french fry cutter and running them through that way. Then we batter them and lay them out in a single layer on a cookie sheet and put them in the freezer. Zucchini Fries. Delish!!
