I'm Turning Green

No, not that kind of green - although, I am trying. I am green from all the beans and zucchini I have gotten from my garden. Now, I am not griping - I am just a little achy from picking all this produce. I got 14 zucchini yesterday, 11 on Thursday, and they are still blooming!! Now the green beans are really coming on. Here's a picture of what 3 rows of picking did to my sink!

What will you do with all of your zucchini?

Got some recipes to share?

Mostly we slice it and fry it or bake it.

When we bake it we slice it down the middle, take out the seeds, put garlic powder, lemon pepper, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese on it and let it bake for about 30 minutes.

I am going to make some zucchini bread and I also like to have it sauteed with onions and tomatoes and put that in spaghetti sauce.

Geez, sounds like that's all I eat!! Does anyone want a zucchini before I turn into one?

Yumm-O!

Maybe you need to set up a stand at the Farmer's Market.

You could show that Amish Chick how it's done!

I am so upset we did not put out our garden this year. It was next to our old house we tore down. But next year we will have a garden. I am sure my parents and Clint's parents will hopefully have enough to share. Nothing beats fresh veggies from the garden!
