Will the Drama Ever End?
Most of my readers probably don't know, but my brother is, and has been since March, going through a divorce. He has a little boy, whom he sees very little.
Anyone gone through a divorce? When the heck does the crap ever end?? Will he ever be done with this?? How about me and my parents, as family members dealing with it? When do we get a freaking break??

Good Luck!!
When I got divorced, I thought It would be over... NOT!!!
If ya got kids.. the ex will always be in your life.
My ex passed away a couple yrs. ago. It's been plesant for me, yet I wish it wouldn't have happened.
Hate the fact that my boys lost their dad at such a young age.
WIsh I had some good advice for ya, but I don't ..sorry.
Hang in there!!
I have never been divorced.
However, last year my best friend got divorced and it felt like I was right in the middle of it all. I was sooo stinkn' stressed out the whole time! It's been a year and there is still drama.
Also, my parents were divorced... and boy did that suck. They didn't like each other so they didn't talk to one another... leaving me in the middle to say, "Dad wants to know..." and "Mom wants to know..." It was so hard.
Now, w/ Calvin... his dad and I aren't together. However, we raise him together as best as we can. I make sure to include him in decisions and all of the everyday parenting stuff. I keep a good relationship w/ his family to make it easier on Calvin, too. It has worked out really well.
Best of luck to your brother! I am sure you'll need a nice massage before it's all over. Hang in there.
I find the fact that Nancy said her ex being dead, for her has been pleasant, to be really funny, maybe it was not supposed to be, but it made me smile.
Funny and refreshing.
Aubrey- Im SO sorry to hear that. i must say that i have a special place in my heart for Dads after having gone through ALOT with Jeremy and his daughter. All i can say is I KNOW what you are all going through and how hard it is when you AREN'T the mom (*us mom's are lucky!*)we will pray for your brother and your family! hang in there!
This comes from lots of experience. Don't know the situation, but unfortunatly if either part isn't mature, the carp will never end. The best thing that can happen is for both parties to remember the kids and quit being selfish. Good luck to your brother.
I can't believe that is still going on!! I hope they (she) are coming to agreements.
They are soooooo young. I said that when they got married. Darn pups. That poor little guy caught in the middle.
Agreeing with Jamee here. I know from experience, until BOTH parties grow up and realize it's not all about them anymore, unfortunately things won't get any better.
