Still Losing

Just not as much. I'm a little disappointed in myself. I started out so good and was down 8.8 pounds as of last week. I only lost one pound this week, so I'm almost down 10 pounds now in a month.

I really don't have a goal in mind, so maybe that's my problem. I don't know how much I want to lose and figure I shouldn't do it all at once. Who knows. I've always had a problem keeping weight off after I lose it. Just call me Yo-Yo.

That's great Aubrey...10 lbs. a month is actually a lot. They always say the slower you lose it, the more likely you are to keep it off. Man, I better keep mine off at the rate I'm moving. WW always says that .5 to 2 lbs. a week is within the healthy rate of loss. Keep it up!

That is awesome. You should really set up goals for yourself. Melanie and I are trying to lose weight as well. We set a weight that we want to be at by time we come home in May. It really helps because then not only do you have the satisfaction of losing weight, but you can also say you achieved a "goal."
